What you're about to discover
Writing transforms a lived experience into an anchored memory. These 4 moments are the only ones that truly matter.
Before You Leave
What are you leaving behind as you head to Santa Barbara?
Not what you're taking — what you're leaving. That's often where what you truly need from this trip is hidden.
During the trip
Was there a moment when you forgot to look at your phone? What was happening at that moment?
Moments of total presence are rare. Identifying them tells you what truly matters to you.
Today I was present at...
Not at allCompletely
The turning point
Was there a moment when you felt something shift within you — not a place, not an activity, but something internal?
These moments often go unnoticed. Naming them makes them permanent. Even if it's unclear — especially if it's unclear.
48h after your return
If this trip gave you permission — what would it be?
48h after returning your brain is still in a state of transformation. It's now or never to anchor what has shifted.
